We acquired a vacant lot located at the corner of 250 Tremont Avenue and Bedford Street, East Orange. The lot is located down the street from the house where one of our co-founder’s mothers was born and our New Jersey forebearers once lived more than 90 years ago.

Our plan is to build a mixed-use building featuring (8) three-bedroom affordable rental apartments and approximately 500sf of commercial space.

The building will feature a rooftop urban farm where we will grow organic vegetables for distribution and sale to our residents and customers.
