Bilgin Estates Subdivision, Louisburg, North Carolina
We acquired 8 acres and set about building houses for first-time homebuyers
3 Lot Subdivision
2 houses sold, one lot prepared for construction
We began the Bilgin Estates development several years ago. William T. Crawley, Jr had the vision to acquire and build homes among the pastoral hills and farms of Eastern Franklin County, North Carolina. Located on about 8 acres of beautifully wooded lots offering a diversity of habitat and the opportunity to experience solitude and harmony between the homeowner and the land. The development is located in across the street from the Edward Best Elementary school and is a 30 minute drive to Raleigh, North Carolina.
Amenities. Aside from the landscaped grounds on site, Bilgin Estates is nearby to the Bull Creek Golf and Country Club, Wolf Pit Bed and Breakfast, Alpaca Dream, several walking trails and horseback riding. Lake Lanier is located about a 20 minute drive and offers boating, fishing and swimming activities for the whole family. The subdivision includes protective covenants to insure privacy and quality land use standards.
We built two houses and have prepared the third lot for the construction of an additional house. We sold both houses to first time homebuyers. Both feature state of the art interiors and well landscaped grounds. All of the lots are available for immediate development as they feature well and septic ready land, underground phone and electric connectivity and a private road built to State of North Carolina specifications.
