We acquired this formerly vacant two-family house in 2017. Our team completed the gut rehabilitation of this two unit house and transformed it from an eyesore to a fully occupied two unit home. The first floor is a (3) BR, 1 Bath apartment; the second and third floors feature (5) BRs and 1.5 Baths. Our scope of work included installing rough electric and plumbing, new boilers and hardwood floors. For our residents, we also created a lovely back yard garden which is private and enclosed.
